KID'S NATURE AWARENESS PROGRAM

Where:
Tunitas Creek Ranch
Half Moon Bay, CA

When:
During the Mother's Retreat
Saturday, May 12, 2012 ~ 9:30am to 5:15pm

Cost:
$60 per Child
(Please add $10 per child for catered organic lunch and $20 for Dad for lunch, with the option of bringing a bag lunch to avoid these additional fees)

While you are taking some much deserved time practicing yoga & mindfulness, your child can spend a day full of wonder and fun exploring bountiful Tunitas Creek Ranch.

Your children will enhance their senses and awareness as they practice tracking animals. They'll meet the many animals on the gorgeous land, including a llama, chickens, goats and more! They'll learn about plants and herbs, and they'll try making fire by friction. Most of all, they'll have fun as they play games and engage in lots of nature awareness adventures together.

The program will begin at 9:30am with a parent-child circle, and end at 5:15pm with stories of the day.

Please provide the following for your child (ages 5 and older) and Dad/caregiver (for ages 3-5):

  • Clothes and shoes that can get dirty
  • Extra pair of clothes and shoes for the ride home (optional)
  • Back pack with the following inside:
    • Full water bottle
    • Snacks! Something sustaining and enough to last through out the day.
    • Bag lunch (Or, if you would like, you can pay $15 more for a wholesome, local organic lunch. Otherwise, please pack a bag lunch for your child.)
    • Weatherproof Jacket
    • Bandana
