These prices include workshop, 7 nights accommodations, 3 gourmet vegetarian meals each day (vegan and gluten free options available upon request), taxes, tips and use of yoga room and yoga props.

Optional Extras (for an additional fee):
Surf Lesson Package: For $200, enjoy 3 surf lessons with a world-class team of instructors, followed by 2 days of surf board rental so you can practice what you have learned on your own. For $250, enjoy 5 days of surf lessons! If you decide you would like private lessons, you can enjoy 5 private lessons for $350. Intermediate to advanced surfers can surf on their own at no additional fee, or rent surfboards at $20/day. Please inquire.
Excursions: If you are interested in taking advantage of the incredible activities and excursions in the beautiful Nosara area, you can choose to zip from tree to tree on the longest canopy tour in the world, soak up spectacular views of 30 foot waterfalls, go horse back riding on the beach, and more. All excursions are booked through Blue Spirit. Enjoy these exciting excursions as you create memories that will last a lifetime.
Spa: Throughout the week, you can book a variety of healing massage and bodywork treatments at Blue Spirit’s spa center.
Registration:
Only 12 rooms are available for our group, so please register early so you can have optimal choice of accommodations. To reserve your spot in this epic retreat, please do the following:
- Send an email to Jackie at: jackie@yogawithlove.com and indicate:
- Your name(s), your phone number and email address
- Type of accommodations you would like, stating preference for single / double occupancy (see below for descriptions and pictures of accommodations)
- Any dietary requests (Blue Spirit is very accommodating)
- Indicate if would like the Learn to Surf package for an additional $200, including 3 surf lessons and 2 additional days of surfboard rental, or 5 days of surf lessons for $250.
- Send a $500 deposit (non-refundable) to Jackie Long. You can pay via Paypal, check or money order. Once we have your deposit, we will reserve your choice of accommodation.
- Send the full amount by January 1, 2017.
Jackie will write you back to confirm room availability, and will confirm the grand total due.

Eco-Cottage Double Occupancy (Twin beds only): $1800
Eco-Cottage Single Occupancy: $2300
The eco-cottages are situated in lush vegetation, and their natural wood frame structure allow for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. Each cottage sleeps two people and has a private bathroom with solar hot water. Everything runs on solar powered electricity to provide an ecological setting. Cottages are at a short hike up a stone stairway from the main building.

Hermitage Single Occupancy: $2500
These rooms are specifically designed for singles, providing privacy and elegance, while being inexpensive. Some rooms have a queen bed with partial views of the ocean or some of the mountains nearby, and all rooms have a private bathroom with solar hot water and a natural ventilation system. Also available with two twin beds.

Nature Suites Double Occupancy (King or 2 twin beds): $2400
Nature Suites Single Occupancy: $2890
The suites are cozy and situated on a hillside overlooking lush vegetation. They feature private bathrooms and a outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each suite sleeps two people, has a separate enclosed porch with a desk, and solar hot water as well as A/C. The suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building.

Mountain View Single Occupancy: $2990
These rooms have step-out balconies and beautiful Mountain views. The rooms are tastefully furnished and provide the perfect space for 2 people. Each room has a king-size bed or two twins with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning.

Pacifico Cottage Double Occupancy (Queen bed): $2500
Pacifico Cottage Single Occupancy: $2990
Tucked away amidst the tropical gardens the cottages are close enough to the beach, that the sound of the Ocean will rock you into sleep. They feature a private porch with hammock, queen-size bed, outdoor shower, and air conditioning. From the main building the cottages are a short walk down the hill.
Getting To Nosara:
We recommend that you fly into Liberia International Airport (the airport code is “LIR”). It is a 2.5 hour drive from LIR to Nosara.
We highly recommend that you reserve a shuttle through Blue Spirit for $60 by clicking here: http://www.bluespiritcostarica.com/shuttle-reservations. Blue Spirit has multiple shuttles picking participants up at the Liberia Airport on Saturdays from 12-4pm and then 7-8:30pm. These shuttles are reliable and easy to use. If you need transportation out of the 12-4pm or 7-8:30pm schedule, please see the options listed on the link provided by Blue Spirit.
If you choose not to reserve a shuttle through Blue Spirit, you can rent a taxi to/from LIR for about $160 each way, or rent a car for the week for about $250.
Another option is to fly into the San Jose International Airport in Costa Rica. Nosara is about a 4.5 to 5 hour drive from San Jose, and a taxi costs $240 each way.
